Sorry.. that headline is wrong. It should read: "Ontario Drivers get screwed in the ass by Insurance vultures more often than the rest of the country"

This is an example where Government Regulation is a good idea. Regulate the prices, not so much that it sets all prices, but at least causes the peaks and valley's of increases to be a little more smooth.
