If I were Stephen Harper, I would be smiling right now. One of the clear front runners to the Liberal leadership is none other than former NDP Premier of Ontario, Bob Rae. Smile Stephen Smile, for if Mr. Rae dons the leader’s hat, you will enjoy a long career as Prime Minister.
Do the words, “Social Contract” and “Rae Days” mean anything Bob?
