As posted on Friday on the CBC Canada Votes site, no one can blog election results until the polls close in BC and the Yukon at 10:00PM EST. This is crap, but its the law. Mind you this is for in Canada, as we already know with publication bans (Gomery) that the ban hits a grey area when postings occur outside of Canada. So sites with forums like Fark will probably get some results before hand. How would these be prosecuted? Again using Gomery as the example, SFA could be done. This time around?
