New principal for Morrisburg Public

MORRISBURG – Students at Morrisburg Public School will have a new principal to greet them at the start of the 2017-18 school year.nnKrista Mano, currently principal at Maxville Public School, will start at MPS in the fall, according to the principal appointments list from the Upper Canada District School Board posted June 11th.nnMano has been principal at Maxville since the 2014-15 school year. Prior to that she was principal at Roxmore Public School.nnOutgoing principal Sandra Sine-Szirtes was appointed principal of MPS in June 2015 replacing Beverly Bethune in that role on her retirement.nnThe appointment is one of 28 on the list.nnNorth Dundas District High School will see a new principal in the fall with Angela Grandy moving from Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute.nnEwen McIntosh will take over as principal of Tagwi Secondary School. He served as principal of Rothwell-Osnabruck. R-O vice-principal Peter Onstein will assume the role of principal of the school as it converts from a K-12 to a K-6 school.nnAll appointees start their new roles on September 1st, according to the school board document.
